9' frozen pie crust; evaporated milk; green tomatoes; salt & pepper; Velveeta cheese; garlic; light mayonnaise; oregano
Brush pie crust with evaporated milk and bake it for 5 minutes at 450 degrees.
Arrange sliced tomatoes in pie crust, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix Velveeta cheese, minced garlic and mayonnaise together and spread over tomatoes. Dust with oregano. Bake until tomatoes are cooked and top is brown at 350 degrees.
