Edye's Stuffed Red Peppers

Ingredients
4 Red Peppers, halved lengthwise1lb. Extra lean ground beef, browned and drained4 C Brown Rice14 oz. can stewed tomatoes.
Directions
Cut peppers lengthwise and place in 13X9 baking pan. Cook Rice according to package instructions. Brown Beef. In large bowl mix Beef, Rice and tomatoes. Fill peppers and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
