Oatmeal Bars

Ingredients
* Butter, unsalted, .5 cup * Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed * Egg, fresh, 1 large * Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp * Rice flour, brown, .25 cup * Flour, whole grain, .25 cup * Oatmeal, Quick Cooking, 0.5 cup * Salt, .25 tsp * Baking Soda, .25 tsp * Raisins, 1 cup, packed
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour an 8" by 8" pan.
Cream together butter and sugar.
Blend in egg and vanilla.
Stir in flour, salt, baking soda and oatmeal until mixed.
Stir in raisins.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cool then cut to bar sizes and store.
