Coconut Curry Chicken

Ingredients
Chickenonions, ginger and garlic. Coconut oil Tomato pasteCurry powder and caynenne
Directions
Cook chicken in pieces in the coconut oil.
Saute onions, ginger and garlic with the chicken until tender. You may need to add a little more coconut oil at this time.
Push your chicken mixture to the side of the pan and pour in the can of coconut milk and 1/2 the tomato paste. Mix the liquid.
Add the curry powder and caynenne ( the caynenne red pepper is optional ). Bring together the liquid and the chicken mixture.
