Lazy Skillet Fried Salmon Experiement

Ingredients
2/3 cup of Worcestershire sauce2 tsp minced garlic1 4oz salmon fillet
Directions
Mix the garlic and Worcestershire sauce together in a bowl. Place salmon into sauce, let sit while you heat up a small to medium skillet.

Place fillet in skillet and cover with sauce. Boil/fry until fish flakes easily with fork. Drain off all excess sauce and serve.
