Ingredients
6 cups chicken broth2 cloves garlic, minced1 onion chopped1 leek chopped6 cups shredded cabbage3 cups broccoli, chopped3 cups cauliflower, chopped2 cups zucchini, diced2 carrots, sliced1 TB thymesalt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Bring all ingredients to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for approximately 30 minutes.
