1 large cucumber, peeled and cubed (for easy juicing)1 apple (I use red delicious) washed, quartered and cored.30 medium sized baby carrots1 - 2" fresh ginger root, peeled
Directions
Juice the ingredients, filter through a fine sieve or kitchen cloth into a glass, drink and enjoy.
