Mix 1 can sweet yellow corn (drained)Mix 1/2 can reduced sodium black beans (drained & rinsed)Dice 1/4 cup red, white & yellow onions & addAdd 1/4 cup fresh mangoAdd 2 mint leavesAdd 1 jalapeno (seeds removed)Add 1 roasted green chile (skinned & veined)
Directions
mix all ingredients. Chill.
Enjoy with Pita chips
