Honey Garlic Chicken

Ingredients

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast1 Tbsp honey1 tsp yellow mustard1 tsp minced garlic1 Tbsp water
Combine honey, mustard, and garlic until well blended. Add water in slowly while stirring. Mix well until blended.
Place chicken in a ziploc bag and pour marinade on top. Reserve 1 Tbsp marinade to use as sauce
Allow chicken to marinate in fridge for at least 1 hour. All day or overnight is even better!
Place chicken in a glass baking dish and bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until inside is no longer pink.
Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before cutting. Transfer to plate and cover with reserved marinade.
