Shrimp Pastica

3 Tbsp. Butter3 Tbsp. Flour2 c. Milk1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese1 tsp. garlic powder1 tsp. onion powder1 tsp. dried parsley1/2 to 1 tsp. salt1 Tbsp. olive oil1 lb. frozen, cooked, peeled, and deveined shrimp1 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes1 12 oz. box. rotini 1 tsp cayenne pepper26 oz. frozen broccoli florets
In a saucepan, melt the butter. Whisk in flour to make a roux. Add milk slowly, stirring continuously and keep stirring until thickened. Remove from heat and add cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, and salt.
In a large pot, add olive oil and cayenne, stir fry shrimp for about 5 minutes. Add broccoli, stir, and cover. Heat on med. Until hot. Add tomatoes.
Cook Rotini as directed on box, drain.
Add the rotini and sauce to the pot with the shrimp and broccoli, stir until sauce covers everything well.
