Homemade Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
1 small fat-free yogurt1 cup of watermelon - diced1 cup of frozen or fresh, very cold berries (frozen berries will make the smoothie thicker)
Directions
Place frozen berries into blender.
Pulse blender to break up the berries.
Add the yogurt and cut up watermelon.
Blend well.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
