Modified Crockpot Orange Chicken

1 pound frozen boneless, skinless chicken tenders or chicken breasts2/3 cup sugar free orange marmalade2/3 cup Kraft Carb Well Barbecue sauce4 tablespoons lite soy sauce1 tsp. ginger1/2 cup sliced green onions, scallions
Place chicken, jam, barbecue sauce, soy sauce and ginger in crock pot. Cook on low 4-6 hours or high 2-3 hours or until chicken is tender. Before serving stir in scallions. Serve over steamed veggies, rice or asian noodles (not calculated in calories).
Note: Since this adaptation of the original recipe does not include any thickening for the sauce you will find it very thin. When my chicken was cooked I removed the sauce and reduced it in a saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. It thickened up nicely and the flavours really intensified. Yummy!
