8 Corn Tortillas1 Large Can Enchilada Sauce1 lb Ground Turkey1 sm. can Tomato SauceChopped Green OnionSliced Black Olives1 can refried beansMexican Rice
Brown Turkey in pan and add tomato sauce
Spray bottom of 8X8 in. Pan
Place Four tortillas on bottom of Pan
Pour Half of Turkey on top of tortillas
Pour Half Can of Enchilada Sauce on top of Turkey
Layer Half of Cheese on top of Sauce
Repeat
Top off with Green Onions and Olives
Prepare Beans
Prepare Rice
Serve when done.
