Taco Rice with ground Turkey

Ingredients
1.3 pounds of 93% lean turkey1 can of diced tomatoes with juice2 cups of cooked rice2 small onions diced5 slices of American cheese1/2 - 1 cup shredded cheesecumin, paprika, salt, pepper to taste
Directions
saute onions and garlic in oil, add turkey, and cook through.
Add spices and let simmer for a minute and add the diced tomatoes.
Once warmed through add cooked rice and mix together.
In a baking dish add half of mixture and cover with sliced cheese. Top with the remaining mixture and shredded cheese. Bake at 350 until cheese is melted. About 15-20 minutes.
