Sausage and Sun Dried Tomato Quiche

1 frozen 9" pie crust3 large eggs1/2 cup 1% milk14 cup sun dried tomatoes, chopped1 link Butterball Everyday Turkey Sausage, dicedSalt and Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400. Bake pie crust 8 mins.
In a small bowl, beat eggs and milk together Add tomatoes and sausage.
Remove piecrust from oven. Cover edges with alluminum foil to prevent burning. Pour egg mixture into pie crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until filling is puffed and golden brown. Cut into 8ths. Serve warm.
