1 lbs Ground Turkey, Lean1 Egg, large1/4 cup Scallions, choppedHandful of Spinach, fresh2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce1 tsp Salt1/2 tsp Poultry Seasoning1/8 tsp Cracked Balck Pepper2 tsp Garlic Salt (use garlic powder for less salt)
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together with a whisk, except the ground turkey and spinach. When mixed well, add the turkey and spinach. Use your hands to knead the mixture together. Shape into a loaf about 1.5-2.5 inches thick. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
