Butter Braid Pretzel Crusted Chicken

Per Person one Boneless skinless chicken breastGarlic Powder 1 tbspOnion Powder 1 tbspItalian Seasoning 1 tbspExtra Virgin Olive Oil 1-2 tbsp to coat chickenLow Fat Butter Braided Pretzels
Crush into fine pieces two servings of Low Fat Butter Braided pretzels.
To the crushed pretzels add the Garlic and onion powder, and the Italian seasoning.
Rinse off your thawed chicken breast and coat lightly with Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Coat the chicken breast with the pretzel mixture evenly.
Place on a baking sheet and put in preheated oven at 375 degrees.
Cook for 20 - 25 minutes
