lentil and brown rice casserole

Ingredients
2 c sweet potato peeled and chunked3/4 c dried lentils1/2 c uncooked brown rice1/2 c chopped red pepper1/2 c craisins2 1/2 c water2 tbsp soy sauce2 tsp garam masala powder
Directions
mix all ingredients in 2 qt casserole. cover and cook at 375 for 60-75 minutes until rice and lentils are tender. uncover and stir. let stand 5 minutes before serving.
