Patties:1 lb Ground Beef 80/201 tbsp Worchestershire Sauce1 large Egg, beaten1/3 cup Panko Bread CrumbsSeasoning:1 tbsp Paprika1.25 tsp Salt1 tsp Black Pepper1/2 tsp Brown Sugar1/2 tsp Garlic Powder1/2 tsp Onion Powder1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper6 Hamberger Rolls
1) Seasoning:
Combine all seasoning ingredients in a bowl and put aside.
2) Patties:
Combine beef, worchestershire, egg, and panko in a large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly, don't form into patties yet.
3) Add seasoning mixture to patty mixture and mix well. Form into 6 patties.
Cook as desired, I prefer grilled. Enjoy on bun.
