Apple & Cinnamon Puff Pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 cup wheat flour1/2 cup fat-free milk2 tablespoons Splenda1/4 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon cinnamon1 tsp vanilla2 large egg white (1/2 cup)1 medium apple--chopped into bite size piecesCooking Spray
Directions
Pre-Heat oven to 425

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together.

Spray a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat.

Pour the batter in the hot pan and allow to cook 1 minute

Take directly from stove to oven and bake for 18-20 minutes

Cut into 4 pieces and serve with smart balance or light syrup for a savory flavor!
