1 slice of bacon 1 green onion choped or 1 tbl sp onion2 large eggs1 tbl sp cheese1/2 tb sp black olive choped
Cook bacon untill crisp remove from pan, and crumble.
Add onions and and spiniach in baccon drippings untill spiniach is wilted. Add eggs to pan and scramble.
Put on a plate and sprinkle with cheese, olives, and bacon.
