Ingredients
* 3 egg whites & 1 whole egg omelet* 6 oz. grilled salmon* 1/2 cup cooked oatmeal (not instant)* 4 oz. cantaloupe and 1/4 cup fresh blueberries* 8 oz. green tea* 8 – 12 oz. spring water (more if desired)
Directions
Add the salmon to the omelet along with fresh dill;
Add the berries to your oatmeal!

Serving Size: makes a complete breakfast for one
