1 whole egglands best large egg3 egg whites 1 cup leaf spinach1/2 cup diced tomato1/2 cup sliced red pepper4 oz foster farm lean ground turkey - 99% fat free
Directions
1. Scramble eggs
2. cook turkey
3. Mix eggs, turkey and add veggies.
4. Enjoy.
