one can of cornone can of fat free refried beansone can of your favorite beans (I use northern or black)one can of chicken broth1/4 cup of neuftachel cheese1/2 a cup of salsa, (I puree mine because I don't like the chunks)Heat all together and serve.
This makes about 5 servings for my family. You can add other veggies or eliminate the corn if you would like.
