Grain-free Banana Muffins

Ingredients
5 eggs2 bananas, mashed1 scoop protein powder (calculated) or 1 tsp arrowroot powder1/2 cup coconut flour1/4 cup butter, softened1 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Measure by the 1/3 cup into greased or lined muffin tin. Bake at 400 for 13-18 minutes or until set in the middle.
