Warm Sesame-Peanut Noodles with Chicken

Ingredients
chicken, peanut butter, ginger, noodles
Directions
cook chicken chunks. Cook noodles when done reserve 1/4 cup of the cooking water. Heat peanut oil over medium heat. Add the ginger garlic and 1/2 cup of the scallions and cook until soft.(about 2 minutes). Whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, lime Juice, Honey, sesame oil, and reserved pasta water in a large bowl. Add noodles and chicken and toss well. garnish with remaining 1/2 cup scallions.
