    I really liked this recipe, but I tweeked it just a little. I carmalized my onions and garlic together so that they had more flavor, and I added more seasoning than the recipe called for (garlic salt, pepper, salt, parsley, thyme). Overall a great recipe to eat vegatables in a different way. - 10/3/13

    It was ok. I substituted eggplant in for the zucchini, but i doubt that's what made the flavor lacking. Going to try this recipe with the onions and garlic on top next time as the bottom of my pan was watery and my veggies were bland and crispy. Garlic might be able to flavor the veggie better. - 9/14/11
