Cream of Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup0.5 cups each chopped celery, carrots, and onions1 cup cooked wild rice
Directions
Saute celery and onions in pot with olive oil cooking spray for 2-3 minutes. Add carrots, and 3 cups of water. Heat until veggies are soft. Add soups, wild rice and chicken breast. Add water as desired for proper thickness. Heat through.
