Ingredients
casserole base Ingredients:93% Lean Ground Beef, 16 ozOnions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped Ranch Style (brand) beans with jalapeno, 2 cup *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, one 14.5 oz canChili powder, 1 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp Topping ingredients:Flour, white, 1/2 cup Yellow Cornmeal, 1/2 cupGranulated Sugar, 6 TBSPBaking Powder, 2 tspSalt, .25 tspEgg, fresh, 1 large *Milk, Fat Free, Skim, 1/2 cup*Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
preheat oven 425.

brown first three ingredients, then add remaining casserole base ingredients . in a seperate bowl mix cornbread topping. in a small casserole dish add base, then carefully spread cornbread topping on top.

Bake casserole 14-18 minutes, then let stand for 5 minutes and cut in 6 equal parts, serve
