Salmon Patties

Ingredients
2 pouches pink salmon1 egg1/4 c panko bread crumbs
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Shape into two thin patties (will be slightly crumbly). Fry in cooking spray until golden brown on both sides. Add a dash of Old Bay seasoning when done if you wish.
