Kelly Rennie's Apple Pear Protein Slice (grain free)

Ingredients
1 cup ground almonds2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder1 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. salt1 cup applesauce1 egg2 egg whites
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine wet and dry ingredients in separate bowls, then combine. Pour into an 8x8" greased or oiled baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
