Greek Yogurt Ranch Dip

Ingredients
1c Nonfat Greek Yogurt1/2c Skim Milk1/2c Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil2T Light Sour Cream1 Hidden Valley Ranch Packet1 Scallon, chopped1 Clove Garlic1/2 English Cucumber with Peel
Directions
Grate the cucumber (with peel) onto a thick layer of paper towels and squeeze all the moisture out. While it continues to drain, mix together the remaining ingredients in a medium bowl. Grate garlic into mixture, add drained cucumber. Feel free to add other spices to taste (I add lemon juice, cumin, and cayenne for a tzaziki taste; pepper, parsley, and onion powder for a ranch taste, etc.). Refridgerate 30 minutes if you have time, it's better as the flavors meld!
