1-1/2 c. old fashioned oats1/2 c. whole wheat pastry flour2 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. cinnamon6 T. brown sugar6 packets truvia (=2T.)2 T. extra light olive oil5 T. nonfat milk2 T. unsweetened applesauce
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Combine dry ingredients. Set aside.
Combine wet ingredients and add to dry mixture. Mix well.
Drop by tablespoon onto ungreased or parchment lined cookie sheet.
Bake 16 minutes. Let cool on cookie sheet.
Serving Size: Makes 12 3 inch cookies.
