nutty fruit tart

we were able to put together a recipe for small pecan fruit tarts (whip cream is optional)
1) preheat oven to 325
2) spray muffin top pan with Pam spray .
3) cut 6 4" round circles out of the tortillas put remaining
pieces aside.
4) in mixing bowl combine sugar, egg, pecans, and room temperature butter and mix set aside.
5) peel and dice apple, and combine in processor with any dried fruit .
6) now combine fruit mixture into pecan mixture and mix.
7) lightly press tortilla rounds into sprayed muffin pan and spoon in fruit and pecan mixture 1/4" from top mixture may bubble over if too full.
Serving Size: makes 6 mini 4" tarts
