Great - it would be great with black and/or kidney beans in a olive oil and balsamic vinegar instead of ranch dressing. - 6/18/09

Perhaps toning down the hot peppers some would make this palatable for me. I love all the sweet peppers! I think I would also use olive oil and white balsamic vinegar instead of ranch dressing. Definitely a recipe to try with minor modifications. - 6/18/09

I love these colorful bell peppers. Each has a unique flavor. The only dressing i use is olive oil and balsamic vinegar. I leave out the serrano, jalepeno & onions. I also use the red, yellow, orange and green bell peppers in omelets. It makes for a great a crunchy snack too! - 10/1/09

I added a little cilantro to the mix & did an oil & vinegar type dressing... great combo of flavors. THANKS
Next time, I'll add some black beans and corn. - 8/28/09

Since I am unable to eat anything this spicy anymore, I will be making it without the hot & spicy peppers. I will be trying it with some other veggies later this summer when my peppers are ready to harvest! - 6/18/09

I'm adding a can of rinsed black beans and a can of drained corn, along with 2 fresh tomatoes to tone down the heat and make this a complete meal. Thanks for the great idea! - 8/28/09

I took out the spicy & hot peppers since my husband & me have problems with our stomachs. Still delicious and colorful & great to eat as a side. - 6/18/09

I like hot salsa but not sure about this one,. maybe if it's made to be a salsa with chopped jalepenos for a topping on food instead of alone. - 6/18/09

Aye Chihuahua! Muy delicioso! Great wake up for the mouth and a power pack of Vit. C. Had to tone down the hot peppers a bit so my heart wouldn't go pitter-patter but it's beautiful & delicious. THANK YOU!! COMFORT1 for this great recipe. - 6/18/09

If you add a half a cup of white vinegar and 2 heaping tbsp. of white sugar instead of ranch dressing, this salad is awesome especially if put in the fridge for a few hours before serving - 12/7/09

Good but I eliminated the hotties! My stomach won't handle them. Also, used olive oil and balsamic vinegar and some spices. Goooooood. - 10/1/09

I'd skip the hot spicy peppers and use a vinaigrette dressing. Also add black beans to it. - 10/1/09

I don't like spicey stuff but would make it with just the regular peppers. It does sound more like a salsa type dish. - 10/1/09

I agree that it is a colorful and piquant side or salsa or salad! I can also agree that other ingredients could be added. Most savory! - 6/18/09
