burgers:2 salmon fillets, skinned and chopped (1.5 pounds)2 tbsp chopped red onion1 egg2 TBSP grated lemon rind2 TBSP lemon juice1/2 tsp pepper1 TBSP olive oilsauce: 2 ounces cream cheese1/4 cup heavy cream1/4 chopped fresh dill1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper
1. for burgers: Combine salmon, red onion, egg, rind, juice, and pepper. Form into 4 patties. Chillat least 2 hours.
2. for sauce: In a small saucepan or microwave-safe dish, melt cream cheese with heavy whipping cream. Cool a few minutes. Stir in dill, salt, and pepper, set aside.
3. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook patties 3 minutes per side or until cooked through. Serve topped with sauce.
