Chinese Shrimp Salad

Ingredients
2 cup Cabbage - Shredded1/2 cup Romaine Lettuce - Shredded1/4 cup sweet bell pepper - diced1/4 cup carrot - shredded4 small segments of Mandarin Orange2 Pita Chips - crushed4 cooked shrimp - diced 2 Tbsp of Sesame Soy Ginger Salad dressing - I used Trader Joe's, but I heard Paul Newman's is good to)
Directions
Add everything to salad on a plate - top with dressing. So simple!
