Ingredients
Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 3 cup (remove)100% natural peanut butter, 8 tbsp (remove)Milk, Fat Free, Skim, 8 oz (remove)Body Fortress Whey Protein - Vanilla 1 Scoop, 4 serving (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)splenda 1 gram of fiber, 8 serving (remove
Directions
Mix all ingredients in bowl. Holding back 1/2 of cinnamon, and all of the splenda. Mix well. Spray a 7 by 8 & 1/2 inch casserole dish with Cooking spary. Fatten into edges of pan. Dampen your knuckles to help work into corners and this will help dissolve cinnamon and splenda on the top...
Sprinkle splenda and remaining cinnamon on top.
Refrigerate for an hour. Slice into eight bars, and put in ziplock bags, or wrap in plastic wrap. Must be Refrigerated.
