You will use all ingrediants above however for the egg you want to scramble 2-3 total and cover a plate with flour
Slice up large chicken breast into 3 portions, beat up 2-3 eggs and ad the parmesan cheese tot eh egg, cover a large plate with flour. Heat up oil in a large pan. Dip the chicken first in the flour then in the egg mixture, let excess egg drip off and cook over ledium heat until chicken is cooked thru.
