Kelly's Favorite Hamburger Rice Oriental

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef8 oz frozen onions and peppers1 t minced garlic1 can sliced water chestnuts1 c rice2 c water1/2 c Newman's Own Low Fat Sesame Ginger Dressing1 c pineapple tidbits with juice
Directions
Brown ground beef with onions and peppers.

Drain; add minced garlic. Thoroughly salt and pepper meat. Add 1 can sliced water chestnuts (cutting those that are too large).

Add rice and 2 c water. Stir and add 1/2 c Newman's Own LowFat Sesame Ginger.

Cook for about 10 minutes, add pineapple and juice.
Cook another 10 minutes.

Serves 8
