Overnight Oatmeal - Peanut Butter & Jelly

1/3 Cup of old fashion oats1/3 cup plain non-fat milk (or almond, soy or hemp milk)1/2 cup of plain non-fat yogurt1/2 small banana1/2 tbsp. of chia seeds (this adds fluff)1/4 tsp of vanilla extract1/4 tsp of and cinnamon1 packet of stevia (or splenda)Morning Add Ins:1 Tbsp of Almond Butter2 Tbsp of Strawberry Jam (Or whatever kind you like)1/4 cup of diced strawberries (or a berry that matches your jam, such as raspberries)You could also add granola and almonds.
In the evening Add the following in a bowl.
Old fashion oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, banana, vanilla extract, cinnamon & stevia
Note: You can add anything you like, just remember it will get soggy so no crunchy stuff
Refridgerate over night
In the morning add your almond butter, jam and strawberries and other toppings if you like, such as maple syrup and Granola!
Serving Size: 1 Heaping Bowl of Oatmeal
