Beet salad

Ingredients
beets-3 roastedsalad greens-3 cupsfeta cheese- 1 cupcapers- 2 tbs. drained1/4c extra virgin olive oilfresh minced chivesred onion-1/2 cup
Directions
cook at 350 for 1-2 hrs. Peel & slice. Place beets on plate, then cover beets with greens, add cheese, and make the dressing and pour over salad.
Dressing: capers
olive oil
chives
red onion
