Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
1 lb. ground turkey1 onion3 cloves garlic1 egg1 tsp. thyme1 tsp. crushed red pepper1 tsp. kosher salt1/2 c. oatmeal1, 28-oz can of tomatoes2 tbs. olive oil
Directions
Combine turkey, egg, oatmeal, thyme, crushed red pepper, kosher salt. Dice onion and mince garlic. Add half of the onion and half of the garlic to turkey mixture. Mix well and form into 1"-diameter balls.

Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown meatballs in two batches. Remove meatballs from skillet and add remaining onion and cook until soft. Add remaining garlic and tomatoes. When heated through, add meatballs cover, and simmer 15-20 minutes until done.
