Napa Cabbage & Cucumber Slaw

Ingredients
1 medium napa cabbage, shredded 1/2 english cucumber with peel, chopped in small rectangles1/2 cup apple cider vinegar2 tablespoon sugar1 tablespoon splenda1/4 tablespoon honey2 tablespoon vegetable oil1 tsp toasted sesame oil1 tsp kosher salt1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Directions
Cook time is the setting time in fridge.

In a medium bowl, wisk all ingredients from cider vinegar down until all the sugar is disolved.

Add cabbage and cucumber, mix well then refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
