Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
Small potatoes cut into chunks1 tbsp canola or olive oil1 tsp Tastefully Simple Seasoned Salt (or to taste)
Directions
set oven to 350 to 400 degrees. toss potatoes with oil and seasoned salt to coat evenly. place in pan in oven so that potatoes are spread out and cook evenly. finish under broiler to crisp up.
