blueberry flaxseed oat bran muffins

Ingredients
1.75 C Oatbran6 T ground flaxseed2 packets Truvia sweetner2 t baking powder2 c non fat milk1 egg4 oz apple sauce, any no sugar added type
Directions
mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients. Add dry to wet and let sit about 10 minutes. Fold in blueberries. Line muffin tin with 12 foil muffin liners by removing the paper inset (this will make it easier to remove the muffins when they are done). Bake at 425 degrees for about 12 to 15 minutes, or until dry when a toothpick is inserted. Freeze unused portions and take out as needed.
