Ingredients
0.75 cup, pitted, chopped Dates 1 cup, chopped Kale 0.25 cup Corn Starch 6 tbsp Nuts - Cashew Raw 1.50 tsp Postum 0.38 cup Carob Powder 0.25 serving Salt, table (teaspoon) 3 cups WestSoy Soymilk Unsweetened Plain
Directions
Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth (about 3 minutes)
Cook over medium heat until thick.
Cool 15 minutes.
Return to blender and blend until smooth.

VITAMIX METHOD: Add all ingredients to VitaMix -
Blend on high for 6 minutes until cooked and pudding thick.
EASY

Pour into 6 custard cups.
Chill
