Spicy Chickpea and Spinach Curry

Ingredients
Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1 can Spinach, fresh, 3 cup (remove) Canned Tomatoes, 1 can (remove) *Coconut Milk, 1.5 cup (remove) *Coriander seed, 2 tsp (remove) *Cumin seed, 2 tsp (remove) *ground tumeric, 1 tsp (remove) Salt, 1 tsp (remove)garam masala
Directions
Drain chickpeas, then combine in pan with coconut milk. Add spinach, tomatoes and their juices, coriander, cumin, garam masala, turmeric, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, and pepper. Reduce heat to low and cook 1 hour more. Sprinkle in remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt, stir in cilantro and serve.
