16 oz can Refried Beans10 oz can Rotel Original Diced Tomatoe & Green Chiles16 oz container Sour CreamPacket Taco Seasoning14 oz Guacamole (2 pre-made pouches)Shredded Mexican Taco Cheese
Drain Rotel - save juices & separate 1/2 cup drained tomatoes.
Mix refried beans, rotel and juices; spread on bottom of serving dish.
Spread guacamole on top of bean mixture.
Mix sour cream and taco seasoning and spread over guacamole.
Spread saved Rotel tomatoes over top.
Top with shredded cheese.
Can add layers of olives or green onions or anything else if you wish.
Serving Size: makes approx 28 1/4 cup servings
