Skinny Sloppy Joes

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground turkey1/3 cup brown sugar3 Tbs Worcestershire sauce3 Tbs Red Wine or Balsamic vinegar 1 Cup each, finely chopped carrots and chopped mushrooms. (you can add green peppers, chopped as well if you like)1/2 Cup chopped onions2.5 cups tomato saucesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Saute the veggies until soft, add ground turkey and brown. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook until all veggies are tender and meat is cooked through.

Place about 1/2 Cup on each of 8 buns (the more veggies you use, the more there'll be, so this is approximate)
